My iPhone 7 is stuck on recovery mode

So i forgot my password and i tried recovering it with my computer and it seemed to work for i little while until my phone started to acutely do the recovering. Every time it would try to recover it would say something like Iphone unavailable wait 1-15 minutes and then it would got back to telling me enter password to recover. I tried holding sown the power button, but when i did that it would say Iphone unavailable wait 1 hour. When i did so it would do the same thing again. And when i tried connecting it back to my computer it wouldn't show up on finder or Itunes. I don't know what to do at this point. T-T (It is also a Iphone 9 and is up-to-date [I think])
