Unable to open Mail app on Mac Studio after Sequoia 15.4 update

Mail was working perfectly well before 15.4 upgrade.

Since then , I'm not able to open the mail app. (app not responding immadiately after launch)

I've tried a few troubleshooting steps:

• went to Library/Mail folder and deleted everything
• tried to disable every account
• delete accounts and re-create them

After these steps, the app is launching and crashing a few seconds later.

Basically the app is only launching and stable when no account is enabled

Any idea to solve this?
