After updating to MAC OS Sequioa 15.4, trying to enable/disable a setting on my mac (eg, reduce motion) will always result in the error message: Unknow Action: WFActionErrorDomain error 1.
I have already tried to restart my device but it didn't do anything.
I'm just wondering if there is a way to fix it and if anyone else has the same issue.

I had not until now realized that the problem was only when trying to do it via Spotlight.
I have tried it on my Mac, and it is working, so it is probably something on your end.
You could try resetting Spotlight to see if it helps.
Restart in Safe Mode, and try to make that change while in Safe Mode.
Does it work then?
Restart normally again. Does the problem return (or persist)?
Unfortunately, this doesn't resolve the issue.
But to clarify, I can change the setting by opening the app but not by using spotlight, which makes things extremely inconvenient.
Well, unfortunately, resetting the spotlight didn't work.
