iOS 18.4 update Lock Screen Wallpaper Display

Is anyone still having problems after the most recent update on Iphone 15 where the lock screen display shows black with the only the flashlight and the camera on the bottom corners? I followed all the steps to check my focus settings to make sure it doesn't display dim on focus which none of my 5 focus settings have that. I already reset my phone twice and I created new displays for both my main screen and lock screen to try and fix this issue and I still am having this problem.... I have ran out of Ideas to try and fix this issue with the new update.. attached photo to show what I am working with.
