Bought something but did not receive it

well I tried again… hoping i’d get it but no I didn’t. I purchased discord nitro, it said I was all set, apple sent me receipt through gmail, but I never got my nitro. Apple even took my money from me. can I please get some assistance??

How do i use my discord nitro credit? So I bought a nitro gift (the boost one) and noone wanted it so I went and claimed it and since I already had a sub it gave to me as a credit, to apply it I’ve been told by discord that I need to act as if I’m repurchasing but when it takes me to the purchase screen it will show the credit being used instead but because my discord is linked to apple, it’s trying to charge me full price without even applying the credit ive also tried on another device and it tells me to sort out the billing info since it won’t let me any ideas?

Ordered iPad pro money has been debited but didn’t get any confirmation mail or anything I ordered an ipad pro from apple (in)and money has been deducted from my account but I didn’t get any order id aor any confirmation email and it’s showing that money has already received by merchant. I am confused what should i do in this situation🤷
