Apps are not syncing after iOS 18.3.1 update on my iPhone

Ever since the 18.3.1 update on my 12Pro Max none of the iPhone apps (messages, notes, passwords, health, photos) are syncing. Since 2/18. Other Apps continue to sync. Have reached out to Apple with no solution thus far. I did the new update hoping this would help but it didn’t

Do-i-care-2023 ~ Apps shutting down can be a symptom of a weak, aging battery and the long process of applying an iOS update to an iPhone with a weak, aging battery can be the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back." So...

Does your iPhone 12 Pro Max still have its original battery?
