Why is Lee Greenwood's, God Bless The USA - only 30 seconds long in Apple Music?

I bought the album American Patriot several years ago. Today I went to play one of my favorite songs of all time, God Bless The USA. 30 seconds in it switched to another song. I tried again, same thing. I removed the download and re-downloaded, same thing. I created a single song playlist, it stopped AGAIN at the same point. I tried on an IOS device, same thing. Are we not allowed to play God Bless The USA on Apple devices anymore?
