Greyed out ICloud and Find my Not working

Hi I actually just solved this issue and was posting this for anyone who needs help.

I realized my find my and iCloud were greyed out in my settings and was not allowing me to tap on it.

All you have to do is download the Apple mail app if you don’t have it already downloaded then out of all of the email options click “ICloud” then sign in using the email and password on your iCloud! And it should ask you to accept the iCloud terms and conditions and once you do check back in your settings it should be fixed!
