I am using pages on a web browser, and everytime I open up the document I am attempting to work on, it just says document loading but will not open. It is a shared document with a friend. I thought that might be the problem so I duplicated the document and tried to open the duplicate that isn't shared, and I still can't open it. I would appreciate any help given!!!
Here are the collaboration criteria for Pages (including Pages for iCloud Mac/PC).
If that Pages document is stored on a Windows server or Windows desktop filesystem, and it was at any time double-clicked, Windows will think it to be a common Zip file and attempt to perform an extraction. When that happens, the document is permanently ruined. Google Drive will do that too.
You probably should not have duplicated that shared document.
Since I do not do any Pages collaboration, especially from the Windows iCloud solution, I will be of little further help here.
