Safari cannot surf Youtube web site more pages for iOS 16.7.11

Product: iPhone 8+

iOS: 16.7.11

Open a new safari web page and click youtube with mobile website mode. After turning two or three pages, I cannot surf the web site more and it's just running a busy circle. Even I click the other categories, such as News, Live, and etc., nothing comes out.

When I switch to desktop website mode, everything is just fine. I updated my iphone 8+ yesterday and never found the same scenario before.
