How can I disable annoying sound effects for unanswered FaceTime calls on iPhone?

I am extremely tired of attempting to call my dad with FaceTime. With a wife, 2 step children, 2 children, a cat, a dog, and working 8-10 hours a day, he doesn't always answer his phone.

It's frustrating especially tonight since he quit responding to my call after he hung up because I got mad at him, and I tried calling him over and over because I need grocery money. All I hear is "your call has been forwarded to voicemail" over and over again.

Apple enjoys moving around / changing things for no reason, so it's not a surprise that the "your call has been forwarded to voicemail" line is changed to a voice with a annoying intonation which makes me even more mad when my dad doesn't answer the call.

Even the other sound that plays when the FaceTime unavailable screen shows up makes me mad.

Is there a way to turn off these sounds entirely? I'm sick of them. Thanks, Apple. A message saying "Sorry, your call was not answered" would be better than a voice Im forced to hear hundreds of times

Also, if it ain't broke, don't change it. Quote from Albert Einstein
