Siri does not know intellectual words
I use Siri sometimes to request spelling of medical terms, legal terms, sometimes just bigger words, and Siri does not seem to know the word. Does Siri not have access to dictionaries?

Can you give examples of some of these "intellectual words?"
Siri doesn't know everything. I don't know that Siri routinely accesses special purpose dictionaries. If you have Apple Intelligence, you can have it ask ChatGPT.
Of course it does. The question is if the medical/legal term is in the dictionary where the data is trained. For example, The Oxford English Dictionary is probably one of the most authoritative dictionaries used in the English language, but you will also find it has no idea what these medical terms are:
Borborygmi - Stomach growling
Bradykinesia - Slow reflexes
Cardiovalvulitis - Inflammation of Heart Valve
Costochondritis - Chest Pain
Gossypiboma - Object left inside patient
Sternutate - Sneeze
Veisalgia - Hangover
Because those aren’t English words.
they are Latin or combination of Latin and Greek.
