How to unlock or backup a forgotten password-protected jailbroken iPod touch (1st generation)?

I found my old jailbroken ipod touch gen 1 in my closet and I want to get into it but I have forgotten the password. I want to know a way to unlock the ipod or backup its data without restoring it.
