Thank you all who replied. The issue has been resolved and I found a place in the network of Apple cares too less than five miles from my house.
have left my computer to be fixed. Looking forward to getting it back now.

Are you in Canada or the US? The US Apple site is only returning hits for Apple Stores in US cities named Edmonton.
