Just checked the version installed on my Mac that uses Ventura 13.7.5

The Keynote version installed is Version 14

If you have ever had Keynote installed, you could try re-downloading Keynote:

Eg: says:

1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
2. Click your name in the sidebar, then find the app that you want to download. If you don't see your name in the sidebar, click Sign In, sign in to your Apple Account, then click your photo in the sidebar.
3. If you use Family Sharing, you can see a family member's purchases when you go to Purchased by and choose their name.
4. Find the app you want to download, then click the Redownload button.

You can get the last version of Keynote available for Ventura, but it won't be version 14.4 since you have already seen its macOS version requirement.

Launch the Mac App Store on Ventura 13.7.5 and ensure that you are signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to previously install Keynote. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel. Keynote should be there with that blue cloud download symbol. Click that, and do not click Cancel on any subsequent dialog. You will be asked if you want to get the last compatible update of Keynote for Ventura. You know what to do.
