M4 Mini on Sequoia keeps asking for Time Machine volume password

I recently migrated from an old Mac Mini on Catalina to a M4 with Sequoia. I seem to be coming across a few bugs. One is related to it repeatedly asking me for the password to my Time Machine volume even though I tell it to save it in the Keychain app. The TM volume was the one I originally used for my Catalina machine and I used it to migrate to the M4 and authorized the new M4 to claim the TM volume as it own. It doesn't happen every single time but it did happen several times in a row when I would reboot. I looked in the Keychain app and it looked completely empty. Then I looked at it again later and it had many keys listed. I don't know if maybe the M4 tries to access the TM volume too early after reboot before the Keychain app has chance to respond. I'm curious if anyone else has seen this same behavior.

Mac mini, macOS 15.3

The Password.app has replaced the Keychain Access.app
