MacBook Pro freezing while streaming BBC TV

Hello. I've a MacBook Pro 2017 with 155.54 GB memory available. I've a 140MB/s wifi connection. However when streaming from BBC Sport, the video stops and starts erratically. I checked the wifi and fibre broadband and all seems well. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where the issue may lie please?

MacBook Pro M1 freezing when streaming YouTube I'm experiencing random freezes of my 2021 MacBook Pro M1 16in running Monterey when I watch YouTube videos. I have no idea what the trigger may be as the videos can play fine for some length of time and then suddenly freeze -- or sometimes the audio continues -- but I have no more control over the computer. I have to hard reboot. Once I've experienced the freeze, it often happens again quickly after restarting. But if the computer has been shut down of a while, it could be days before it happens again. I've tried restarting in safe mode and have not experienced the problem while running this way. So I must have a software conflict. But I have no idea how to troubleshoot it. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix? Or does anyone have a suggestion for analyzing the problem? Thank you.

YouTube keeps freezing I have a 2020 MacBook Air. I keep having trouble with my laptop freezing will using YouTube and two very simple games. It happens quite frequently. Using the above also causes my fan to run louder than usual. Sometimes in Youtube the picture will freeze but the sound keeps going. I have to shut down and start my computer again. I'm not sure if there is any connection but I think this started happening a few months ago after installing Ventura. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.--

MacBook Pro freezes after update I updated my MacBook Pro with M2 ship 16g memory to the new macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 a week ago and now my main display on the laptop freezes periodically. I use screen share with a TV an LG C2 and whatever is on the second screen runs smoothly and uninterrupted. But the main display on my laptop seems laggy and freezes often. The mouse cursor will freeze and the screen will be unresponsive, however I can use the touchpad to move the cursor to the extended screen and the mouse will respond the tabs and apps will respond all while the main display remains frozen. This did not happen prior to the update. Is there anyone having these issues and or anyone have a solution. Thank you.

Memory is RAM

Storage is your SSD... "155.54 GB available" Storage had nothing to do with a website issue.

Try a different browser and compare your results...

You provide no link to your problem website. So not much to speculate on here if the website is having an issue...

I would simply try a different time/day if no insight.
