VO2 Cardio Fitness not updated everyday in Apple Health

Hi,

Could you please help if anyone of you experience or have solutions below.


My Cardio Fitness was not updated everyday - however i did my workout outdoor running or walking everyday. Just curious what could be the possible problem and what is the recommendation and solutions.

VO2 Cardio Fitness may not update daily due to syncing issues, incorrect watch settings, or insufficient workout intensity. Make sure your devices are synced, workouts are intense enough, and permissions are set correctly. If the problem persists, try restarting or updating your devices
