Apple Watch time in bed data no longer available on health app

Previously, Time in bed was displayed next to time asleep. The time in bed data is gone. Any idea how to get it back?

I found a way to add data, but the option to delete or edit is gone. Once you open Sleep in the Health app on your phone, you will see an Add Data button in the top right corner. That button lets you choose which type of data to add, as well as the start date and time and the end date and time.

I just used it to add time awake for last night. I set the date, and it looks like when the time rolled back from PM to AM, the app decided I wanted to go back a day before the date I had just entered. Now, it looks like I entered awake from two days ago until last night, and there is no way to correct it. Removing the ability to delete and edit incorrectly entered data is a terrible “upgrade.”
