Good morning,
I would like to learn to use iWork numbers and apply formulas. I want to use it for my audit.
Can you also please let me know if there are any video tutorials for numbers, keynote and pages as I find it too difficult to read the instructions and follow. Are there any tutorials in Apple showrooms.

What "instructions"?
In the menu at Help > Numbers Help and Help > Formulas and Functions Help you will find concise entries with pictures and specific examples. Also the templates at File > New help to understand how to do things without reading a manual. If you haven't done so already, you should have a look at these.
Many videos on the internet are outdated, describing a very old version of Numbers. But you can find some good ones at macmost.com that describe how to solve specific problems. There are also general courses there, available for a price. I haven't tried the courses. But the videos I have viewed are helpful.
