My daughters Apple Cash isn’t working

My daughters’ Apple Cash is currently experiencing an issue. I attempted to access it through the Apple Card settings menu, but her name is not listed in the dropdown menu. Instead, I received an error message indicating that she is unable to use Apple Cash. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue, but I believe this may require assistance from a technical support representative.

Can't Redeem Apple Cash and apply to Statement It used to be very simple to apply the earned Apple Cash to your Statement. Just select the REDEEM option and it happens immediately with a confirming notification and post to your account. this time nothing happens. It looks like something has, but nada. I tried the website card.apple.com and also called the Goldman help line. The Goldman agent tried to effect this Cash Redemption for me but also experienced the same thing - it initially looks like the transaction was successfully completed but upon refreshing, the Apple Cash is still sitting there waiting to be Redeemed. Apple Cash Suddenly No Longer Set Up I’ve had Apple Cash for years and now it is suddenly not set up. I keep trying to set it up again, I go through the set up process and it tells me Apple Cash is now set up. I go back to my wallet and Apple Cash is still not set up. Have an iPhone 15. Help, please?
