„Family has other members“

Hi there,

I recently ran into the issue another user had some years ago: “Family has other members” box when tryin… - Apple Community

Thing is that I simply cannot join another family even though I am the only member of my family (which I actually only created for test purposes) and I also pressed „stop family sharing“ in my family account. note that when I press the button „stop family sharing“ in my family account settings, basically nothing happens. After pressing I neither get a confirmation nor does the button „stop family sharing“ disappear. Is that normal? Feels weird to not get a confirmation or anything.

Is there any way to solve it? I want to join the family of my wife.
