Unable to print PDF files after iOS 18.3 update

Since the last Iphone 18.2 update, pdf documents will not print. I can print from safari. Restated the phone, and printer. no effect. The print icon in the Island displays for a few seconds, I hear the printer warm up for two seconds and then nothing.

I can print the same document via wifi, on same network, and this document prints fine. There is no security on the document as reported on the Iphone.

No error messages on anything. reset the printer cue and no effect there either. Very frustrated with last update, since I also have a few different email issues as well.
