Unable to use AirPlay with Apple TV even after troubleshooting

tried troubleshooting list such as restarting, updating, networking, checking settings etc. the results no luck

  1. What happens when you try to use AirPlay? Do you get an error message? What does it say exactly?
  2. What are you trying to stream? From which content provider (or site)? Not all content is compatible with AirPlay. Notably Netflix blocks AirPlay.
  3. Is this about AirPlay streaming from iPhone? Are you using in-app AirPlay controls, or the Screen Mirroring setting in Control Center? Prefer the former, if available and working.
  4. To what device are you trying to stream? Some content providers require AirPlay 2 compatibility, which older Apple TV boxes (A1469 or earlier) do not support.
