Peacock logo appears on any and all my safari tabs

A couple months ago, the tiny little "Peacock TV" icon appeared on any and all of my safari tabs, regardless of what site I am on. It sits on the tab to the left of the name of the site I am on.

This occurs intermittently on my MacBook Air, but is constant on all my Safari tabs on my Mac.

I have no idea where it came from and not really sure when it started popping up, but I believe it was this year, not last. Running Sequoia on both machines.

Anyone else got this problem?

That does not look like a Safari browser...?

If you have a Safari issue, try clearing cache/web data

Relaunch Safari holding the Shift key down and compare your results.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
