Swipe downwards to enable the search bar > search for your missing app > select that app.
Swipe left to App Library > scroll down > select app folder named ‘Hidden’ > Face ID or Password to open.
For apps you have clicked and held to remove from Home Screen > scroll left to App Library > search in search bar for chosen app > press and hold that app > scroll right and drop app wherever you’d like to see it.

To reach the App Library with your Hidden Apps, continue to swipe left on your Home Screen until you reach it. At the bottom of the App Library should be your Hidden Apps folder. It will require authentication to access. To unhide an app there, hold on it and select Don’t Require Face ID.
