Unable to access and delete files on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

I have my employer emails on my personal cell phone the iPhone 13 Pro Max. How can I delete those files that show up in another area? I am able to delete emails from the email portal but a lot of the emails are showing up in another place on my iPhone and I don’t know how to delete those.
