i don’t have access to my family shared apple plan

my dad got the apple subscription for my fam w apple music apple tv apple arcade n news. we r on free trial. on his laptop it says i have access to this plan. but it doesn’t show up in mine. I have tried restarting my phone, logging in n out of icloud, him turning on family share on n off and sending me an invitation to join family plan. pls help what do i d
