Logic Pro - No audio played only on selected track, but the others play well!

OK, after recording a vocal session, I want to fine tune some pitches issues with Flex Pitch (but the issue happens even if Flex Pitch is not activated...). I select my vocal track and want to play it in solo mode, to hear what I'm changing with Flex Pitch. No Sound. If I select another track and hit play, the vocal track plays well and has sound, but I don't see the Flex Pitch notes, because I've selected another track to hear my vocal track. This is so annoying! I can't hear what I see!!!

Obviously all my tracks are routed to the Stereo Out. And deactivating all the plugins on every track doesn't fix the problem.

Oh, also, if I click on a note from my selected track on the Flex Pitch piano roll, I hear the sound of that specific note. But the play button doesn't play any sound from that selected track.

Please help, I'm wasting so much time (and money!) on this problem! Happened recently, and no update that I've made would fix this issue!

It happens with every audio track (midi tracks are not impacted). I've recorded 5 different vocal tracks and the problem persists with each selected track. Soloed or not. If it's selected, it doesn't give any sound when played. All the others play well. If I want to hear it, I need to solo it, then select another track, and hit play. Only I don't see what's happening in the Editor window and that's a bummer if I want to edit the notes or any other parameter.
