why mac mini has only two rod without Ground rod?

Hi there, I noted , while mac studio has 3 rod, hot neutral and ground, mac mini seems to have only 2 rod without the ground rod, why? is mac mini not grounded , because it's not metal case? how about the keyboards and mouse, devices connected to it? Shouldn't them be all grounded ?
