How do I access Playground app when not availabe in my region?

I got an offer to install an app called ‘Playground,’ but I didn’t recall pressing install, so I just hit cancel. Later, I found out that the app is part of Apple Intelligence, and now I cannot access it through the App Store since it’s not available in my region. I have an iPhone 16 Pro. Does someone know how do I fix this? Do i need to factory reset my iPhone. And if I do and i decide to use a backup from iCloud will that mess it up? Thank you in advance!
