FCPX update for Ventura 13.7

The Apple ID I used when I originally bought FCPX not longer exists so I can't download my 10.4 with that ID, where can I find a download for my current system which is Ventura 13.7 as only the latest (11) is available to buy and one must have at least a 14.6 system?
