Podcast playlists won’t sync across devices

I have a station created, my iPhone Pro is used the most. The station does not sync the episodes to my Mac or ipad. They have years of episodes displayed. I have reset, restarted, deleted, power cycled, everything. Everything is up to date, sync podcasts has been turned off and on. I am at a loss. All the settings are identical on each device.

Podcasts don't sync between iPhone and Mac I mean, they do not sync at all. It's like two different applications. An episode or show added to iPhone's Podcasts app library doesn't show in the Mac app, and vice versa. I've selected "sync library" on both devices. The other apps I need synced - reminders, notes - have no issues. The fact that they don't even appear to attempt to sync makes me think that it is not a bug but instead I'm doing something wrong. Any ideas will be very appreciated!

Apple Podcast Listen Now not syncing since updating to iOS 16 I updated to iOS 16 on my phone and now Apple Podcast Listen Now is not syncing correctly to show all new episodes. It is only syncing 2 of 10 daily shows. I have tried unfollowing and re-following, that didn't help. I have tried changing my settings. That didn't help. I have it set to hid all played episodes, so now I am resorting to going through and opening each show in my library to see if there is a new episode so that I can listen to it. This is a pain in my rear. It works correctly on my laptop, so it is clearly the phone update that is the issue. Anyone else experiencing this?
