Automatically turn on and off the grayscale (color filter) option

How can we automatically turn on and off the grayscale (color filter) option between certain times? E.g., I want to turn it on between 18:45 and 4:00, so it will automatically start at 18:45 and end at 4:00.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.3
