The Finder Icon seems to appear like it's on a broken screen when it's visible on more than one display and I can put the pointer over it and it looks fine.

A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
Finder Icon is very glitchy
