Hello sorry but i cancel my apple tv 1 Week back but its not work it take my Money today from card, can you cancel my Apple tv and send me money back please

See If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Your subscription will be active until the end of the subscription month. It's unlikely that you will receive a refund but you can try reportaproblem.apple.com
