bluetooth status - off I am not able to connect to bluetooth. The bluetooth Status: is "Off" and when I click on "On" it does not respond.

If those do not get the Bluetooth working.

What does the Apple Diagnostics say about the Bluetooth..?
I've done smc and nvram at Imac. And I also used Bluetooth commands to the terminal. When I called Apple, they told me to get it repaired because there was a problem with Bluetooth, but there is no reason to break it. Software firmware is a problem, but Apple says it's useless because it's no longer updated.
There are many users who have the same symptoms on the Internet regarding the iMac Bluetooth problem, but I don't know why Apple doesn't solve the problem.
