Red missing icon in Timeline yet file is present in Browser?

I am resurrecting a 6 year old project shot in HDV (1440x1080i).

Every clip in the Timeline displays the red warning icon in the Viewer and yet selecting Reveal in Browser displays it present and correct and working.

It's as though from a playback point of view the Timeline has lost connection with the clips in the Browser.

Oh! Me of little faith! Thank you.

I stand corrected. Selecting the Project reveals in the Inspector that a Brightness and Contrast effect is missing.

It looks as though it was some home made effect I have lost along the way.

So I selected all the clips in the Timeline and deselected the rogue filter in the Inspector.

There are no effects in the timeline . . . just a title, transitions and a music track.

If I drag the clip from the Browser onto the clip in the Timeline and select "Replace", that clip plays normally but I don't want to do it to every clip.

Is there some quick method to achieve that result?
