Toggle Accessibility Settings/Pointer Control/Alternate Pointer Actions on/off

Hi, whenever I am on the Mac, I use the alternate point or actions setting to make life a whole lot easier. I would like to know if there is a way to toggle this setting on or off with either a keyboard shortcut, a shortcut or an apple script so that when I am not using it, I can quickly turn it on or off and not have to go into System Settings/ accessibility/ pointer control/ and toggle the switch on or off. I've searched through the previous post and haven't found that ability. Just for clarity sake, I am not interested in changing any of the alternate pointer actions options, but rather just toggling the switch on or off.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
