Touch ID not responding when MacBook Air M3 is connected to BenQ MA320U monitor

Could Touch ID possibly fail or become non-responsive when touching the sensor while connected to an external monitor (BenQ MA320U)?!

It's the first time I tried this combination since I just bought the monitor for external use and unexpectedly experienced it, so confused and no idea what's going on! Disconnecting the monitor, touch ID seems to be normal to detect, more sensitively.

Structure: Apple M3(MB AIR) connecting to external monitor over typeC(monitor itself USB-C supporting display out and power supply 90W)
