Why is my daughter's birth date restricting apps on iPhone?
I would like to change the birthdate of my Daughter s phone. I was to Quick and now its restricted to download apps like whats app… please help

The app download age restriction has nothing to do with the birthdate. It is set in Screen Time Settings, under Content & Privacy Restrictions ➜ App Store, Media, Web & Game ➜ Apps, choose a higher age range there.
If you really need to change the birthdate, you can do so only if its set to an age 13 or older. If its set to less that 13, then only Apple Support can make the change.
