How can I jump 10 seconds using my Siri remote?

Where can I find the setting where I, instead of clicking, can just touch the sides on Siri remote to jump forward/backward 10 seconds?

I’m not talking about the click/touch- or click-option, but a separate choice of fast forward and rewind 10 seconds.
