iCloud Storage Not Renewing Despite Sufficient iTunes Balance

I have successfully added funds to my Apple ID using an iTunes gift card. However, my iCloud storage subscription is not renewing, and I am being prompted to add a new payment method. Currently, I am unable to use a credit card or PayPal. I need assistance in ensuring my iTunes balance is used for the renewal.
