Is iOS compromised: Hacking iOS requires either purposely installing jailbreak software, or being attacked by those with VERY deep pockets (like one million dollars or more) to directly hack into an iPhone.
or am I be scammed by the admin!: iPhones and iPads and single user devices. YOU are the admin.
All of the rest of this suggests someone has taken over your Snapchat account. If you can still login to it, then they haven't changed the password and are sharing your account. Change the password IMMEDIATELY. If they do it first, you'll never get control of your account back.
