I’ve recently updated my MacBook Airto Sequoia 15.3.2 and now my external drive doesn’t even show up in the utility desk. I’ve run first aid and it did say there was something corrupted. I tried restarting in safe mode, but it did nothing. It was just a blank screen with red text saying safe mode, but I was unable to do anything there.Help!
That has nothing to do with your issue. I would suggest if possible that you check that drive on another computer to be sure the drive or cable has not failed.
In Disk Utilities did you select in top bar "show all drives"?
I did. I do also see under edit add APFS volume. Would that’s be something I should add?

How were you able to " run first aid " on that disk ?
