Unable to access Apple TV on my LG TV

On both my LG TVs they have stopped being able to access Apple TV. One is connected to Ethernet the other is using wireless but the same problem is on both.

As per the image it comes up with “Could Not Connect to Apple TV”

I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but nothing changes. All other web based services on the TV works and the internet connect is full fibre 900mb.

Both TVs were new in 2020, models as below:

• OLED65CX5LB
• 55NANO866NA

Anyone else having/had this problem and know of a solution please?
