Why am I charged for Apple TV+ and asked to renew when I have an active Apple One subscription?

I was recharged for appletv, i then requested a refund because i have apple one. The refund was given to me but i now no longer have access to login to appletv+. Currently it’s asking me to renew when i should have it under the apple one account that I have. How can this be fixed and will I be prorated for the missing service?

I’ve restarted my device, I’ve logged out of my Apple account and logged back in but nothing works.

If you transitioned from a stand-alone Apple TV+ subscription to an Apple One bundle, then your first month free trial doesn’t include the service components that you have tried before. So, for a continuous service, you should account for one month overlap, else wait out that first month. Normally, Apple would discontinue the superfluous subscription automatically (after that one month overlap).
