Error "This Apple Account has not yet been used in the iTunes Store" on iPhone

My phone is great ! But I have recently gotten the “ this apple account has not yet been used in the iTunes Store ! I have read all your comments and nothing works :( does anyone have something for a iPhone 7 steps that ACTUALLY WORK ☺️ ρℓѕ нєℓρ мє тнιѕ ιѕ нαяԃ ! Thank you.
