Can I access the Apple Store through Google Play?

Google Play is for Android devices.

Apple's Apple Store is for Apple devices.

You cannot access one from the other as they are not supported on devices where the other exists. An even if you could, the apps in the App Store would not work on Android. and the apps on Google Play would not work on iPhone.
