Unable to verify payment method on my Apple Account

My payment method says that I reached my limit for verification codes, and I need to fix it. I left Family Sharing, but my payment method is still locked. I can’t add, edit, or remove GCash. The Edit button is grayed out, and the same thing shows on every Apple device I have.

An expired date for the payment method (eg: credit / debit card) may need updating:

See what to do: If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support

If you need to change or update your Apple Account payment method - Apple Support


Else: For verification issues:

You may need to check with the provider of the payment method to find out why purchases from Apple are no longer verified by the payment-method provider.


Eg: Some countries may have requirements, or changes, in place for International payments.

or

If you have disputed a charge from Apple, you may need to authorise payments to Apple again.
